Terms and Conditions - Returns Policy

In line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 we offer a 7 day cooling off period and a right to cancel during that period. 

To exercise this right Modelmaniacs Ltd must be contacted at the earliest opportunity, within 7 days of receiving the item(s) to obtain a Returns Authorisation Number which must be displayed on the outside of the returned parcel.

The Customer has a Duty of Care to ensure that the item(s) are returned in the condition in which they were supplied - free from damage, in sealed original packaging within 30 days.  The cost of returning the item(s) will be met by the customer.  The cost of the item(s) will then be refunded back to the customer upon receipt of the goods (providing they are in the condition as described above).

If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact Modelmaniacs Ltd as soon as possible.

If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty please contact Modelmaniacs Ltd immediately to report / discuss the fault.  An appropriate course of action will then be taken.

Please note:  Customers must ensure that goods are suitable for purpose before carrying out any modifications or changes to supplied items eg changing battery connectors, servo plugs etc.
