Terms and Conditions - Returns Policy

In line with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Regulations) 2000 we offer a 7 day cooling off period and a right to cancel during that period.  To exercise this right Modelmaniacs must be contacted at the earliest opportunity.  The item(s) must be returned in the condition in which they were supplied - free from damage, in sealed original packaging.  The cost of returning the item(s) will be met by the customer.  The cost of the item(s) will then be refunded back to the customer upon receipt of the goods (providing they are in the condition as described above).

If you have been sent an incorrect item please contact Modelmaniacs as soon as possible.

If you receive an item that you believe to be faulty please contact Modelmaniacs immediately to report / discuss the fault.  An appropriate course of action will then be taken.
