Terms and Conditions - Delivery

We do our best to offer a fast and efficient delivery service. Our online system automatically works out postage rates for you according to the size and weight of the items you have ordered and your location.

Postage and packing rates charged at the standard Post Office/ Courier rate.

Large or expensive items may be delivered by Courier or Post Office and will require a signature.

We reserve the right to dispatch items in separate parcels when we see fit, but you will always pay a single postage charge for the total order.

All orders taken before 11.00am (excluding weekends and Bank Holidays) will be dispatched the same day wherever possible, but this is not guaranteed. All other orders will be dispatched the day after that we receive an order, but please allow up to a maximum of three weeks in busy periods. If your purchase is urgent please contact the shop to ensure stock and to agree an approximate delivery date.

We hold varying quantities of all our products. In the unlikely event that we are unable to deliver an item we will notify you as soon as possible. We cannot be held responsible for any delay in delivery of an item and any consequence arising as a result.

Unfortunately, we do not supply fuel via mail order.

Next Day Delivery

We can ship for Next Day Delivery for mainland UK addresses, for which there will be an additional charge of £3.00 for this service, please ensure you purchase this option when placing your order.

Next Day Delivery refers to the next working day (Working days are classed as Monday to Friday).  Due to Modelmaniacs’ opening hours, orders taken between Tuesday 11.00am and Wednesday 11.00am will be shipped Thursday for delivery Friday.  Currently, this option is only available on orders being sent to mainland UK.
