Email help

It is unlikely but some customers may not receive emails from this website with usernames, passwords and order confirmations. If this happens to you it may be because of your email spam filters.

When you place an order as a new customer we send you two emails. The first has details of a username and password so that you can login and see details of your accounts and track orders. The second email confirms your purchase.

Your email software may only allow emails from trusted addresses. Alternativly your email software may block certain addresses. Ideally you should allow all emails from anything@modelmaniacsonline.co.uk
